Overnight shipping is available upon request.
All shipped items will include a tracking number to enable you to track your items. We will ship items within 1-2 business days after receiving cleared payment from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final; we do not accept returns of any product. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. So, please contact us if you have any questions about any item. Email and we will gladly get back to you within 48 hours of business.

What if my item is damaged, can I return it?
If we sent you an damaged item we will gladly accept the return and give you a store credit or resend the item. Please document the damage and send us notification within 12 hours of receiving the item. Contact us immediately to resolve the issue at In addition please do not accept packages that look tampered with or damaged. If you accept packages in this state we have no control of the outcome of your purchase and merchandise can not be accepted back.

Can I exchange an item?
